Warning: you are not getting out of a class at Endurance Pilates and Yoga without shedding some serious sweat! These high intensity Pilates, yoga and barre classes are meant to challenge students physically and mentally, which means a quicker path to long, lean muscles and a trimmer physique. This studio will work you hard with its mix of mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, vinyasa and barre classes.

Why We Love It: Endurance features high quality Gratz equipment, top-notch instructors and small class sizes – think maximum 10 students in each mat class and 4 students in each reformer class. The individual attention that results from these small class sizes speeds up your learning process.

Why It's So Effective:  Not only will you experience all of the toning, lengthening, and core strengthening benefits of a regular Pilates and yoga practice, but you will also experience the sweat and caloric burn of an interval workout. Instructors have completed a minimum of 1,000 hours in the Endurance Method of training to ensure the highest quality, technically specific training of the Classical Authentic Pilates Method.

Know Before You Go: These classes are tough! Even for students who have practiced Pilates before, this studio recommends starting out in the intro level classes; and for students new to exercise, Endurance recommends observing a class before taking one.  Arrive early to your first class, and save time by signing a waiver before class here.
