No matter your age or athletic ability, strength training is the key to flexibility, mobility, improved performance and lower injury risk. Our strength-only class options avoid the cardio machines or plyometric movements.   45-50 minute workouts with an optional cardio or core finisher for you cardio junkies!   Sunday strength will be in our main studio (Room A).

STUDIO OVERVIEW

SHED Fitness' aspiration is to lead in fostering a purposeful life, championing individuals of all ages through a unique approach to fitness and holistic well-being. SHED is home to fast-paced, high-energy and strategically created large group and semi-private circuit style classes in the heart of Hilliard. Their personal trainer led class experiences are muscle group focused, with a different area of the body being worked on daily. Through their collaborative efforts in the local community, they create opportunities for individuals to recognize their individuality, strength, and God-given potential and give back to the communities they live and work in.
