Featured Recipe: Key Lime Pie from Mika Street
With winter here, key lime pie is a great reminder of the warmer weather approaching in the months ahead. Inspired by her Florida roots, Mika Street, owner of Uptown Pilates, brings us this low fat and super simple to make key lime pie recipe. Now you can have your "pie" and eat it too.
8 oz low fat or fat free cream cheese
1 can fat free condensed milk
4 oz heavy cream
1/2 cup Nellie's Key Lime Juice
Mix until smooth and pour into a graham cracker pie crust. Garnish with raspberries and voila! It's that simple. Put on some Jimmy Buffett, serve, and enjoy!
