Class Overview

Pilates Reformer provides spring resistance for strengthening and stretching. All Levels class is based on traditional Beginner and Intermediate flow. You will need approval in our Mind Body Online to take this class. Once you have taken private sessions and/or Reformer 101 classes, please discuss with your instructor and the Front Desk to determine if you are "reformer ready." Once you have had enough Reformer experience we will mark you as "reformer ready" in MBO so that you can sign up online for All Levels.   What is the difference between Reformer 101 and All Levels?All Levels: While also a challenging, full body workout, what changes with the Reformer All Levels class is an increased complexity of the Pilates repertoire that we teach as well as the variety, complexity and speed of movement transitions. For this reason, familiarity with the Pilates Reformer (including how to adjust the footbar, springs and box) is important to keep the choreography flowing. Pilates Method is progressive. Each time you come in for a 50 minute group class or private session you will build your skill set. Your instructor will help you learn proper form; choreography and safety so that you can feel comfortable; supported and safe. We look forward to helping you achieve your Pilates Body, Mind & Spirit. Know before you go

  • Sticky socks required for all Equipment Classes (available for purchase for $15)
  • Please arrive early for class - you will not be admitted into class after 10 minutes.
  • FitReserve clients get 10% off retail clothing items (excluding socks)!
  • You must have completed at least 5 Reformer 101 classes at Boston Body Pilates in order to book "All Levels" equipment classes. Email if completed.
