Class Overview

Use Reformer exercises to lengthen, strengthen and sculpt your body. All Pilates comes from our center - our core. From a strong and stable core we then focus on Glutes and Thighs; Abdominals and a Strong Upper Body.    Pilates Reformer uses spring resistance and attention to proper form to give you a dancer's body. The resistance is also therapeutic for osteoporosis; pre and post natal and all levels of fitness. Strength and serenity - promoting safe joints and a calm mind, body and spirit. Come prepared for killer intensity with a serene attitude. Not recommended to those with injuries or no fitness experience.

Know before you go

  • Sticky socks required for all Equipment Classes (available for purchase for $15)
  • Please arrive early for class - you will not be admitted into class after 10 minutes.
  • FitReserve clients get 10% off retail clothing items (excluding socks)!
  • You must have completed at least 5 Reformer 101 classes at Boston Body Pilates in order to book "All Levels" equipment classes. Email if completed.
