Class Overview

Strong glutes, abdominals and core are essential for a pain free spine. This Pilates Mat based workout is designed for all levels and those with or without lower back and spinal issues. Each exercise is taught in a neutral spine and pelvis - safe for disc issues, spine issues, osteoporosis and post natal. Please get permission from your medical practitioner for your own individual spinal issues. (Recommended Props: Resistance Band, Small Ball, Stability Ball OR home pillow, rolled up towel)

Know before you go

  • Mat classes are being held at Lynx Fitness Club
  • Sticky socks required for all Equipment Classes (available for purchase)
  • Please arrive early for class - you will not be admitted into class after 10 minutes.
  • You must have completed at least 5 Reformer 101 classes at Boston Body Pilates in order to book "All Levels" equipment classes. Email info@fitreserve.com if completed.
