Class Overview

Get your heart pumping with 20 to 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. Start class with a Pilates warm up - focusing your powerhouse. The HIIT section alternates between quick blasts (20-40 seconds) of exercise with an active recovery. Challenge your speed but more importantly do not lose the connection to your core, your length and the safe alignment of your frame. Cool down with FEEL good stretches.

  • Mat classes are being held at Lynx Fitness Club
  • Sticky socks required for all Equipment Classes (available for purchase)
  • Please arrive early for class - you will not be admitted into class after 10 minutes.
  • You must have completed at least 5 Reformer 101 classes at Boston Body Pilates in order to book "All Levels" equipment classes. Email info@fitreserve.com if completed.
