Yoga Sculpt is beat-driven class combining free weights with vinyasa sequencing. Mixing in cardio elements and strength training exercises, the class is designed to have you leaving balanced & stronger - mentally and physically.
Recommended props : mat, small weights and ball if you can. Water bottles or cans of soup work great too!
