Class Overview

Reformer*PLUS, jump board, stability chair, spring wall, fitness circles, even small weights. Each day new theme new routine! Please note this is not a beginner class, and clients without below described Pilates experience should wait until appropriate to attend.If you have been taking reformer classes regularly and/or have been working privately with an instructor, you could be ready to move into this class. Expand your knowledge of the exercise repertoire, deepen your connection and get ready to bring mind and body to this higher level class. Clients should have an understanding of The 5 Basic Principles and be able to set-up and move their equipment in line with instructor directions. One should be fluent in exercises such as essential back rowing, side twist and front rowing. One should be comfortable with feet in straps and basic standing exercises on the reformer. If unsure of the appropriate class for you, please contact the studio for assistance or choose one level below what you think you are. Instructor has the right to ask participant to sit out of class if class is above their ability in order to minimize disruption and for maintaining a high level of safety.   In the event only one participant is registered, client will be notified to reschedule or client may purchase a private. If only two people are signed up class will run as a duet with a $5 duet fee.
