Intense Interval training class. This class will challenge your strength and endurance. Participants will be taken through a sequence of exercises that requires the individual to often continuously jump upwards of 5 minutes with 1 minute breaks. Come get your heart rate up while toning your entire body.
*This class is not appropriate for those with injuries or limitations.
In the event only one participant is registered, client will be notified to reschedule or client may purchase a private . If only two people are signed up class will run as a duet with a $5 duet fee.
