Pilates Tower Class combines mat work with tower equipment which include arm springs, leg springs, roll down bar & push through bar for a deeper understanding of Pilates and a more effective workout in the studio, outside of the studio, not to mention a pleasing Pilates body physique!

  • All Intermediate and Advanced Classes (incl Mat, Barre, PAIN & Reformer) are reserved for advanced students and require permission to attend. Spaces in these classes are reserved for students with 10+ years of experience and most of these students are doing 2 additional privates per week in order to perfect their skills.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endurance Pilates and Yoga is a premier Pilates studio that provides Classical, Authentic and Inspired Pilates and Performance training on Authentic Gratz Pilates equipment.   Class sizes are limited to 10 students for mat classes and 4 students for reformer classes to ensure individualized attention.  We also offer power vinyasa, barre, hardstyle kettlebell, TRX, HIIT and tabata classes.
