Don't let the 30 minute length of this class fool you! BURN Sprints 30 is an effective workout that is carefully balanced and sequenced to ensure optimum effectiveness. This 30 minute version of our combined signature HIIT classes will get your heart rate pumping, increase aerobic fitness and put your calorie burn into overdrive in order to unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue

  • If you are taking a Bike BURN class, bring either your SPD-compatible cycling shoes or sneakers.  
  • Yoga mats and free towels are provided.  
  • Bottled water and energy drinks are available for purchase; filtered water to fill up your own bottle is also available.
