Know before you go

  • Socks, bare feet, ballet shoes or sneakers are fine for barre classes. If you do balletFIT every day, consider investing in a pair of ballet shoes. Zumba classes require sneakers. 
  • Mats, resistance bands & weights are provided; please bring a bottle of water.
  • If you are pregnant, please bring a note from your physician.

danceFIT is a boutique ballet & barre studio that offers ballet lessons and innovative fitness classes. More importantly, it's where you try new things & amaze yourself.
 
From young ballerinas to adult beginners, polished performers to the uncoordinated & everything in between, danceFIT is for everyone. Grab your ballet shoes, sneakers, or both left feet. You'll fit right in.
