Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class or your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are $5. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes. 
  • Silent Disco Technology enabled. Receiver is provided for FREE but wired headphones are required (ear buds available for purchase for $30)
  • Mat Rental available ($3)
  • FREE Parking available in parking lot across C Street; Street Parking also available
  • Nearest T Station: Red Line BROADWAY
  • Yoga is held at 100 High Street rooftop
