Know before you go

  • Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in but not too loose fitting.
  •  Socks that cover the entire foot are required (sticky socks are recommended to avoid slipping and are available for purchase at the studio).
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver and all other clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class. New students may not enter class late and no students will be permitted 5 minutes past the start of class.


At Simply Barre there isn’t an ideal, one size fits all figure. Tiny and toned, long and lean or curvy and cut – we are all unique and the Simply Barre technique works for everyone in a targeted and tailored way. Simply Barre's focus is on core strength, building stamina, and incorporating a combination of ballet inspired exercises to create a total body workout that builds a lean but strong physique in clients of all shapes, ages and fitness abilities.
