Class Overview

To purchase a credit for a virtual class, go to and buy a standard credit or standard credit class pack (virtual class credits cannot be purchased on the app, but once purchased, you can use the app to book). 45 minute virtual running class you can take outside. You will hear our instructors playlist and voice motivating you through an interval workout. This class is for all levels, with built in recoveries. It's a Favorite! You will be emailed a zoom link 20 minutes before class. Take the class with your headphones in, and phone in your pocket. you can either dial into the class via a phone call or the zoom app. You will be automatically muted, and only hear the instructors playlist and voice!

Know before you go

  • Prior running experience is not required.
  • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
