Class Overview

To purchase a credit for a virtual class, go to www.mystryde.com and buy a standard credit or standard credit class pack (virtual class credits cannot be purchased on the app, but once purchased, you can use the app to book). This virtual strength class is held via zoom. You will need weights for this class. The instructor will lead you through 35 minutes of lower body and core work, that will burn baby burn! You will be emailed a zoom link 20 minutes before class. Enjoy!

  • Prior running experience is not required.
  • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
