Class Overview

To purchase a credit for a virtual class, go to and buy a standard credit or standard credit class pack (virtual class credits cannot be purchased on the app, but once purchased, you can use the app to book). This virtual full body workout will combine strength and HIIT to give you a total sweat but also make you stronger. This class is all body weight exercises, if you have weights you're welcome to add them to the workout. You will be emailed a zoom link 20 minutes before the start of class. You can join on your phone or computer. You will be automatically muted with video off, but it is fun to see everyone working out so we encourage you to put your video on during class to get that in person class feeling!

Know before you go

  • Prior running experience is not required.
  • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
