Class Overview

To purchase a credit for an outdoor or virtual class, go to www.mystryde.com and buy a standard credit or standard credit 10 class pack (virtual class credits cannot be purchased on the app, but once purchased, you can use the app to book). This class is held outdoors at the Charlestown HS track. You'll alternate between sprints and strength. Class will use dumbbells + resistance bands. MYSTRYDE will provide your mat and all equipment, please wear a face covering and bring water and a towel.

  • NEW LOCATION!
  • Prior running experience is not required.
  • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
