STRETCH is a 35-minute recovery class aimed to help you move better, sweat better, and ultimately feel better. Accessible to all fitness levels, we utilize myofascial ball release techniques, extended stretches and breath work to help clients release, mobilize and recover from the effects of an active lifestyle. Each class will target three key areas and help participants learn how to incorporate these self-care techniques into their weekly routine. No sneakers required.
Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in.
If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
"Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are free of charge at the front desk. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes.
