  • The studio offers free cycling shoe rentals for all RYDERS. Bikes have the option to use athletic shoes if you prefer and their clips work with SPD cycling shoes. Bring socks if you plan to rent shoes.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

LYFE CYCLE is your neighborhood boutique cycling studio located in Roslindale Village in Boston, Massachusetts. We are a small local Rozzie owned studio intended to give you a great workout in a convenient and comfortable location. We create a comfortable, supportive, and intimate environment for our students; our instructors most likely know your name; our bikes have ample space between them; we have small class sizes and create a supportive environment. 
 
Our workout at LYFE CYCLE is a quality 45- minute beat driven RYDE designed to be productive for your fitness goals. Our RYDE is based on the beat of the music and our choreography is intentional, purposeful, and specific. The challenge of our RYDE is from the physical variables of speed, resistance, and movement rather than complicated dance moves on a bike. Our RYDE incorporates 2lb and 3lb hand weights with upper body movements to ensure you leave with a full body workout. Our RYDE is friendly to both beginners and avid indoor and outdoor cyclists and each of our instructors has their individual choreography focus and music taste to keep things fresh.
 
At our studio you'll receive complimentary cycling shoe rentals, water refill, hand towels, and chilled lavender towels for after your RYDE. Our instructors will learn your name and we are friendly, supportive, and passionate about what we do.
