Know before you go

  • If a runner is not physically present at Heartbreak Studio five minutes prior to the scheduled start time, studio reserves the right to release any unclaimed treadmills to the wait list. Any runner arriving 10 minutes or later after class start time may not be permitted entry to the Studio.
  • There are 2 showers which include elegant skoah soaps and lotions, hair dryers, mints, and shower towels all provided at no extra cost. There are also several changing rooms, lockers (with locks) and a water fountain.

Founded by Boston College track & field co-captains, Dan Fitzgerald and Justin Burdon, Heartbreak Hill Running Company was born in 2009 in the South End (as South End Athletic Company), raised in the hills of Newton along the most historic steps of the Boston Marathon, and perfected across the Charles River in Cambridge, taking Boston running to the next level with Heartbreak Studio.
