  • Please note that you must arrive 10 minutes before class starts to sign in
  • All first time visitors must fill out a waiver directly with ONE Nation Fitness upon arrival
  • Any user who does not sign the waiver will not be permitted inside class
  • ONE-X is more of a HIIT class
  • The Sunday class is an Introductory CF class in which you need no prior experience
  • The weekday classes are intermediate classes in which you do need some experience

Each class combines strength training and cardio, making it one of the best ways to burn calories!  At ONE Nation Fitness you can expect an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.
