Know before you go

  • WELCOME TO BARRY'S: Set yourself up for success. Show up 15 minutes early to meet the fam. All you need are your workout clothes and your kicks. Returning members must arrive 5 minutes before class or your spot may be given away.
  • MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Let them know about any physical limitations or injuries. They’ll give you the rundown and prepare you for the best hour of your day.
  • PRE-ORDER POST-CLASS FUEL: The thirst is real: pre-order a shake and don’t forget to grab a water bottle before finding your spot or bring your own.
  • RINSE & RELAX: Changing rooms with showers, complimentary Oribe products, lockers and complimentary towel service available.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Since 1998, Barry's has been delivering The Best Workout in the World® to a legendary following, including A-list celebs, models—even Olympic athletes. Barry's signature hour-long workouts include 25-30 minutes of interval cardiovascular treadmill routines and 25-30 minutes of strength training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, and other equipment. Trainers, muscle groups and even workout segments vary throughout the week so that no one class is ever the same.
