ROAD is an interval-based treadmill class focused on building endurance and explosiveness to endure a 12-round fight. ROAD stations include treadmills and decks. CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
