Class Overview

TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN circuit includes 3-4 cardio, strength and boxing rounds using stations such as suspension, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, boxing bags and more. CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
