Class Overview

TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN | strength circuit includes 10-12 rounds of strength-based movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension, resistance bands and more. CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
