Class Overview

TRAIN | boxing is a circuit training class designed to enhance your skills as a fighter. It will build on all the fundamentals of boxing and technique for you to go the distance. The TRAIN | boxing circuit includes 10-12 rounds of boxing-based movements including footwork, shadow boxing, mitt work, bag work, and conditioning. Set yourself up for success: First timers should show up 15 minutes early to meet the trainer and review class structure.
