Class Overview

TRAIN | live is a fitness party, adding a Live DJ to the TRAIN class. Dance your way through the circuit, which includes strength, cardio and boxing components. Stations may include suspension, rowers, bikes, boxing bags, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, running, and more. CLASS DETAILS: 60 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
