Wear athletic clothing and footwear, and come prepared to sweat. If you do not have your own water, you can purchase upstairs. Note this class is on turf. 

TB12 Performance & Recovery Center  is located at 699 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116. You will check in at the ground floor and they will let you downstairs to studio room. 

TB12 Boston is right next to the Copley MBTA stop. There is valet parking at the Lenox Hotel. Mention you are with TB12 to get a discounted rate and text them when you are done.
