Know before you go

  • Grip socks are required to wear on the machines. If you do not own a pair, they can be purchased for $15 at the studio. Failure to wear them will result in forfeiture of class, so please do your absolute best to bring them!
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early your first time for an intro to the machine
  • If you tend to sweat, please bring a towel with you.
  • Jewelry is NOT a good idea.

The Studio Empower offers an innovative and dynamic workout, designed by LA Celebrity trainer and fitness guru, Sebastien Lagree. Lagree Fitness™ (aka SPX Fitness or Pilates Plus) transforms traditional reformer Pilates classes, into high-intensity, low-impact strength training workouts, allowing people of all fitness levels to achieve sculpted and toned physiques effectively and safely! Expect 45 minutes of heart-pumping music, muscle quivering, and total body strengthening, lengthening and toning in an inspiring, small-group setting (only up to 11 people per class.) This workout effectively combines strength, endurance, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility and core training not only in one workout but in each and every move.
