Know before you go

  • Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at each location.
  • Overly baggy clothing can make it difficult for the instructors to see your form, so fitted clothing is best (tank tops, yoga pants, leggings, etc).
  • Please refrain from wearing jewelry and other loose accessories.  
  • All new clients must start with at least one Level 1 class.
  • Arrive for class at least five minutes early. Your spot may be given away if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled class.
  • Be sure to inform the instructor of any injuries or medical issues at the beginning of class.
