Class Overview

Vibration and pranayama/breathwork are complementary techniques to rebalance your energy and bring you to a greater sense of peace and joy. Vibration can be created by the gong, trigongs, as well as your voice. Join Monique as she focuses on a different chakra each week. In each class, you will practice supportive breathwork followed by a deeply relaxing and rebalancing vibratory experience. Headphones are highly recommended for full experience.
