STUDIO OVERVIEW

Our proprietary group exercise classes are challenging, truly unique and very effective for building a healthier body. We offer two primary group exercise classes on a recurring schedule which compliment each other to provide a comprehensive fitness plan for anyone.
 
Our gym is equipped with a long list of equipment, including the standard stuff you find at every gym, but also with custom built athletic and functional equipment you won't find elsewhere. From monkey bars to climbing ropes, our facility is perfect for obstacle training, ninja warrior training, and having fun!
