Know before you go
Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver.
For boot camp, please bring a bottle of water. If you arrive after the warm up is finished, you will not be allowed to join class.
For yoga, bring a bottle of water, towel and mat or you can use the gym's free of charge. If you borrow a mat, please wipe it down before putting it back. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join class.
