  • You will be required to enter a code - 1023# - to access the studio.
  • Those who are more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted into class. If it is your first class, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early. No exceptions!  
  • Socks required for all classes. Grippy Socks recommended.
  • matBox: Must have wraps and gloves. Free gloves for first class. No wraps for rent. For sale at studio: Wraps $10 or Gloves $35.
  • Tone & Flow: Yoga mat required. Socks optional with personal mat.
