Our efficient and effective barre3 Signature workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. You’ll experience a balanced workout guided by our expert instructors, providing modifications every step of the way for you to feel successful and empowered. Join us in the studio.   For your safety, the front doors are locked the moment class begins. Please arrive early or on time, as we no longer admit late arrivals.

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the ground floor of the luxury Station House Residences at the corner of 2nd Street and G Street, NE with street access from the 2nd Street entrance
  • Neighborhood street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages and easy access from the Union Station Metro stop and bus
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early

Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. barre3 is known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
