Class Overview

B3 Mindful Flow is a 45-minute format rooted in recovery, mobility, and inwards-focus.   This class format is designed to improve joint range of motion, flexibility, and muscle tightness through a series of breath-driven, full-body flows combined with active, restorative stretching. This deep-dive into mindfulness, mobility, and active recovery will leave you feeling grounded and calm. Yoga mats and blocks are provided in the studio. Because this class is rooted in mindfulness and inwards-focus, we do not permit late entry or early departure from this class.

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the ground floor of the luxury Station House Residences at the corner of 2nd Street and G Street, NE with street access from the 2nd Street entrance
  • Neighborhood street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages and easy access from the Union Station Metro stop and bus
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early

Barre3 mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body. Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. barre3 is known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
