Class Overview

Our Community Free Classes are complimentary sessions to our barre3 Union Station community, as our new instructors make their way through their barre3 certification process What to expect: Barre Signature (60 minutes) is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness into an efficient and effective class format.    Class is FREE but reservations are required. If it's your first class, plan on arriving to the studio 10-15 minutes before class begins!

Union Station

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the ground floor of the luxury Station House Residences at the corner of 2nd Street and G Street, NE with street access from the 2nd Street entrance
  • Neighborhood street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages and easy access from the Union Station Metro stop and bus
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early
