Know before you go

  • Avoid loose-fitting long pants that could get caught in the pedals.
  • As a beginner, the seat and the bike may take a little getting used to, so feel free to wear padded bike shorts or using a cushioned gel seat for added comfort.
  • New riders please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure sufficient time for proper bike setup. New riders will not be permitted in the studio following the start of class for safety reasons.
  • No riders will be permitted in the studio following the first five minutes of class.
  • Wear comfortable workout attire.

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Zengo Cycle is a full-body, cycle-centric workout for your body and mind that will Rock Your Day. With the tunes rocking and the lights down low, your legs are always pedaling, always engaged, while your upper body moves to the beat, keeping the core, obliques, and triceps tight. Invigorating and inspiring, the experience is zen but mostly go, delivering hard core cardio and strength training in less than an hour.
