STUDIO OVERVIEW

Black Lotus Yoga is a loft-style yoga experience located in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington D.C offering a variety of Hatha (physical) yoga classes which include Active Restorative, Passive Restorative, Yin, varying levels of Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa and Kundalini, all with the incorporation of intentional breathing techniques. 
We focus on alignment-based styles of teaching that result in a balanced and centered feeling — the way yoga was meant to be taught and experienced in the body!
