Know before you go

  • Come wearing comfortable workout clothing that aren't too baggy. Shoes and socks are not neeeded.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start if it is your first time. No students will be permitted in class 5 minutes after class start. 
  • If you are not at the studio at the start of class, your Megaformer may be given to someone on the waitlist.
  • Please call the gym for parking directions (202 965 2121) and allow 15 minutes if it is your first time finding the gym's parking garage.


The Lagree method was invented by Sebastien Lagree and built to create a high intensity, low impact workout for fast results without injury. Balance Lagree is practiced at its Glover Park studio on the M3S Megaformer machine—the only machine in Washington, DC featuring the ramp. 
Since this Lagree workout uses the small muscle fibers that don’t get strengthened in other workouts, Lagree is a great addition to H.I.I.T. and CrossFit training. This fat-burning, core tightening workout is perfect for people of all ages and abilities, from novices to professional athletes.
