Class Overview

This is for experienced lifters and those who know what they are doing in the gym! If you are brand new to 202strong, we recommend taking some classes or personal training sessions first before working out at open gym.    Complete the 202strong workout at your own pace, work on a lift you need more help with, or spend extra time in the gym foam rolling and stretching!    These blocks of time are meant for you or you and a friend to get in and have access to the 202strong programming and space.    There is NOT a coach leading anything or available to help. There will be trainers working with 1-on-1 clients during this time.

Our signature 45 minute group classes bring the energy, music, and camaraderie of group fitness with the one-on-one instruction from your coach to understand proper form and body awareness. Socially distant stations and outdoor station options at our North Bethesda location.
