Class Overview

An athlete should be well -rounded, and this program is designed to help you achieve that goal. Learn the training techniques that allowed David Magida to reach the peak of a number of endurance sports, from Spartan Race to running to DekaFit and Hyrox. Run faster and get stronger! Build Aerobic Capacity and Base Strength, move to lactate threshold and muscular endurance, then round out your fitness with speed, power and explosiveness.Conquer any goal as a Hybrid Athlete.
