  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
  • Metered parking is available right outside the studio as well as neighborhood street parking.
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle.


Barre3 is a full body workout that combines strength training, cardio and mindfulness. Our instructors guide you through a series of movements that are adaptable to every level of fitness.
