Class Overview

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform which you step up, around, and down from in different patterns (or "steps"). The class is organized in 3 or 4 "blocks" of combinations of "steps" which are then put together at the end as a choreography. This class will boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. Plus, the feeling of being able to do all the "blocks" together will boost your endorphins even more!
