The b3 Cardio workout is an energetic, circuit-based class designed to build aerobic fitness and core strength. Our focus is on breath and body alignment as we rev the heart rate through large range functional movements.With options to modify throughout, this class is designed for all fitness levels—it’s heart healthy and a ton of fun!   • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
  • Metered parking is available right outside the studio as well as neighborhood street parking.
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle.
