Class Overview

Our efficient and effective barre3 Signature workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. You’ll experience a balanced workout guided by our expert instructors, providing modifications every step of the way for you to feel successful and empowered. Driven by barre3's commitment to DEI, our intent is to create a supportive space for BIPOC-identifying members of our community who may feel underrepresented in predominantly white fitness spaces, such as our own. We acknowledge that our community is strongest when we honor diversity and lift each other up, and we hope these classes can serve as a step towards our commitment to creating a more inclusive environment over time. This barre3 Signature class is open to anyone identifying as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, person of color).
