Class Overview

This class will focus on building muscular strength, endurance and overall fitness. You will use dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to target the entire body. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels as we cater to different fitness levels and goals.  We provide a challenging yet supportive environment for all individuals.
