Class Overview

Give yourself a mid-week break with a Yin yoga class that will help you relax, recharge, and recalibrate.   In this class, you will explore the edges and sensations of your body, where resistance and tension often accumulate. You will learn to find the right depth for you in each posture, as you hold them for 3-5 minutes in seated, supine and prone positions. You will also exercise your deeper yin tissues, such as connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage and bones, to improve your circulation, flexibility, and overall health.   You will end the class with a yoga nidra/guided meditation and a savasana that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.   Each class will include: 3~5 minutes of centering/arriving at the start 35 minutes of yin asanas 5 minutes yoga nidra/guided meditation Inspirational readings 5 minutes of Savasana"

  • Please bring your own mat and towel if you have one. Mats are available for rent for $1.
  • There is a large bathroom if you need to change at the studio.

We launched in April 2012 as a teacher-run studio with a vision to provide a first class service in a welcoming environment.
